Lots and lots to update about. Kirsten is offically walking YIPPPEEEE :-) She started standing up not holding anything a few days ago and yesterday she just stood up in the middle of the floor and took about 15 steps to me. I was completely shocked as I thought she was never going to walk LOL She thinks it's histeracle when she walks and just laughs and laughs. I got a quick video of her walking to her grandma last night which is below. We had so much fun trick or treating with Tom's mom and I am also posting the halloween pictures below too. She had a blast and would take a piece of candy from someone, put it in her pumpkin and reach for more. She even tried going into people houses to see what they had. She must have thought they were hiding the good stuff inside LOL

Blogger isn't working right for me and this is the only layout I can use that shows my blog half way right so I've busted out the mac and I am currently working on a website which should be done in the next week (I HOPE!).

Introducing Little Miss Octoberfest 2007....Kirsten Dietzel :-)

Kirsten entered her 1st pageant yesterday and won:

Little Miss Octoberfest 2007 13 - 23 month age division, Prettiest Face, Best Personality, Best Costume, Most Photogenic, Best Smile, and Best Dressed.

She had a blast and had the whole room laughing at one point. She ham'ed it up the entire time even trying to go back on stage after she was done! We can enter her in the Pageants Georgia/Florida National pageant next month...so we will see what happens :-) Here are somemore pictures from the pageant.

So last Sunday (October 14th) we had Kirsten's belated 1st Birthday party and it went over really well. We had about 60 people show up and Kirsten just LOVED all the attention. Here are a few pictures from the party and from last week.

OK So I'm just now getting around to posting pictures...sorry! It has been a CRAZY week and we have having Kirsten 1st Birthday/Welcome Home party tomorrow so wehave spent most of the week running around picking up stuff for that. Kirsten is adjusting wonderful and is just taking everything in as we drag her all around town LOL.


These pictures are from Antigua and the Zoo which we visited the week we left. I HIGHLY recommend the Guatemala City Zoo. They had all kinds of animals we don't have in zoo's here.
