OK So we are on day 3 of fostering and we are absolutly having a blast! Kirsten is doing so well and is such a happy baby. Below are a few pictures so far.

We are here and we dont ever have to give her back!!!!! WOOOOO HOOOOO!!!!!!!! That still has somehow not sunken in yet. The Marriott is beautiful and all the families here are so nice and helpful! Kirsten had a bit of a ruff day yesterday (better then expected though) and she seems to be fine today. The FM didn't start to cry until she gave Kirsten a kiss goodbye.....I felt so bad for her but luckly there weren't the waterworks I was expecting. I will post some pictures a little later :-)

Officially 1 week until I leave to FOSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait! Kirsten and Tom are already packed and I have been shopping my butt off (and trust me I have lots to go!) for clothes and stuff. I got my Hotsling in the mail yesterday and was so excitied. For all you mom's if you have a child under 3 and do not own a Hotsling, there is something wrong with you! Check them out hotslings.com

Anyways I am back to do somemore packing!

Well it has been way to long since I have had a chance to update this blog. Since I last updated we went on another visit trip, closed on our new house, Got a KO and resubmitted to pgn and signed all the papers for me to go foster Kirsten!!!!! I leave July 11th to foster at the Marriott in Guatemala City. I am soooooo excited and can't wait, it has been such a hard and emotional last couple months and can't wait for Kirsten to be in my arms forever (even if it does mean living out of a hotel room for 8-10 weeks!!!) I am planning to update this blog at least once a week when we go to foster that way all our family and friends can stay up on whats going on. I will post some pictures below from our last visit trip, of the new house and of Kirstens room which is all done minus the chair molding!!!!

I hate this process....



So it's been awhile...heres the breakdown:



PGN reviewer quit and they lost our file so it was never officially submitted....in english: COMPLETE WASTE OF 8-12 WEEKS! AND OUR DAUGHTER IS NOW 8 MONTHS OLD GOING **IN** TO PGN!!!!!!!!



OK so we were offically submitted on may 10 or 11. We went for another visit trip and had a blast. We are going back June 18th-23rd. Tom and I will spend our 4 year anniversary together in Guatemala with Kirsten...how much more perfect could it be (Oh yea...SHE COULD BE HOME!!!!) I am as bitter as could be right now and should probably not be typing somewhere that I dont have to control myself because it could get ugly very easy! So I will leave it with some pictures from our visit trip last week and hopefully when we go back next month I can stay and foster :-)
